Shipping policy
We offer flat-rate ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Because all shipments travel by ground in order to comply with aerosol shipping guidelines, packages typically arrive within 7-10 business days after they leave our facility. At this time, we are only able to ship within the contiguous United States. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to investigate or guarantee a replacement or refund.

Please note, we're not able to ship orders to freight forwarding companies or addresses. This includes any address associated with a freight forwarder, mail consolidator, or third-party reshipping service, even if it's located within a country we normally ship to.
If we identify that an order is destined for a freight forwarding address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We're unable to reroute or reship orders that have already been sent to one of these addresses.
If an order is not cancelled and is shipped, CozoPets is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or missing once they've been delivered to that address. We're also not able to offer refunds or replacements in these cases. Route shipping protection does not apply to freight forwarding addresses.
